Esteemed Comrades and Friends from the International Institute of the Juche Idea and the Korean Association of Social Scientists,

Esteemed delegates,

It is a pleasure and honor for me to celebrate with you the glorious 112^th birthday of the Great Leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG. Last time, in 2012, I took part to the celebration of the 100^th birthday and I can see that in only 12 years our beloved Juche motherland has accomplished a giant leap forward in all aspects; economically, ideologically and militarily. All progresses can be attributed to our Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN’s wise guidance and to his tireless efforts to bring the entire country into a prosperous 21^st century under the glorious banner of socialism.

Regarding our ideological work in Switzerland, we established the Swiss Juche Study Group in 2010, the members of our committee are following the studies and sympathizers are taking good notes of our glorious Juche ideology. We continuously promote the Juche Ideas and the works of the Great Leaders, President KIM IL SUNG, the Dear Leader
Comrade KIM JONG IL and Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN and follow with passion the new works, policies and practices of Our Supreme Leader
Comrade KIM JONG UN.

As today is an International Conference on the Juche Idea, it is for me, important to develop and inform our fellow comrades about the history, the actual context, the future challenges and opportunities on the ideological front.

Creation of the Juche Ideas – Period from 1930 to 1945

President KIM IL SUNG began the creation the Juche Ideas at the historic Kalun Conference in 1930 at a meeting of the Young Communist League and Anti-Imperialist Youth League.

In the context of the struggle of the Anti-Japanese occupation, President KIM IL SUNG also created the Down-With-Imperialism Union. Already the concepts of the Juche were implemented. The Third International, Comintern, wanted to merge the Chinese and Korean communists together into a united front. President KIM IL SUNG, as a great ideologist, considered that it was a difficult task because he still had to win the masses over the bourgeois nationalists. Independence was very important in that context and was the base of the Juche Ideas, as self-reliance. During the brutal Japanese occupation, Korean culture and political independence was viciously repressed, as the Korean language and political organizations were outlawed. Koreans were even forced to adopt Japanese names.

To fight the bourgeois nationalists, the social democrats and the ultra-leftists, all of them worshiped the great powers. President KIM IL SUNG’s sole commitment was to the Korean masses.

During the time of the Comintern (3^rd International), which was active from 1919 to 1943, the prevailing ideology was Marxism-Leninism. This ideology, based on the writings and teachings of Karl Marx and Vladimir Ilyich Lenin; they advocated for the overthrow of capitalism, the establishment of a dictatorship of the proletariat, and the eventual achievement of a classless and stateless society.

What was the dominant ideology at Kalun’s conference?

The Comintern promoted the spread of Marxism-Leninism worldwide and sought to unite communist and socialist movements under its banner. In regions where communist parties were not yet established, the Comintern often provided guidance and support to local revolutionary movements.

At the time of the Kalun Conference in 1930, where President KIM IL SUNG was asked to unite Koreans and Chinese, the Comintern's focus was on fostering unity among various anti-imperialist and anti-colonial movements in Asia. This was in line with its broader goal of building a global communist revolution against imperialism and capitalism.

The Comintern attributed to President KIM IL SUNG the task of uniting Koreans and Chinese at the Kalun Conference which reflected the Comintern's strategy of building alliances and solidarity among oppressed peoples in the region. The Comintern viewed the national liberation struggles of Koreans and Chinese against Japanese imperialism as interconnected, and sought to leverage these movements to advance the cause of international communism.

Establishing the Juche Ideology – Why it was so important ?

Establishing the independent ideology of Juche was crucial for President KIM IL SUNG and Korea for several reasons:

National Sovereignty

President KIM IL SUNG sought to assert Korea's sovereignty and autonomy in the face of external influences, particularly from larger powers. By developing a distinct ideology rooted in Korean history and culture, President KIM IL SUNG aimed to demonstrate that Korea could determine its own destiny without relying on outside guidance or interference.

Legitimacy and Leadership

Creating an indigenous ideology like Juche allowed President KIM IL SUNG to consolidate his leadership and legitimacy within Korea. President KIM IL SUNG strengthened his position as the undisputed Leader of the nation, distinct from other communist leaders or international movements.

Later the concept of the monolithic unity between the Leader, Party and the Army, became a fundamental principle of governance that emphasizes the unquestioning loyalty and solidarity of the People to the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and its leadership, particularly the Supreme Leader.

Unity and Nationalism

Juche served as a unifying force for the Korean People, promoting the deep sense of national identity and pride. By emphasizing Korean self-reliance, Juche resonated with the historical struggles of the Korean people against foreign domination, promoting solidarity and cohesion within the Korean society.

Adaptation to Local Conditions

While Marxism-Leninism provided a theoretical foundation for socialist revolutions; President KIM IL SUNG recognized the need to adapt communist ideology to the specific conditions of Korea. Juche allowed for greater flexibility and innovation in policymaking, enabling Korea to address its unique economic, political, and cultural challenges in ways that were more responsive to local realities.

International Relations

Establishing Juche as Korea's guiding ideology provided the country with greater independence and flexibility in its foreign relations. By asserting its own ideological framework, Korea could pursue diplomatic initiatives and alliances based on its own interests, rather than being beholden to the priorities of larger communist powers or international organizations like the Comintern.

Overall, the establishment of Juche allowed President KIM IL SUNG and Korea to carve out a distinct ideological identity that prioritized national sovereignty, leadership legitimacy, unity, adaptation to local conditions, and independence in foreign relations. It served as a cornerstone of Korea's political ideology and State identity, shaping the country's development and interactions with the rest of the world.

Adaptation of Marxism and Marxism-Leninism to Asia’s Specific Situation – Colonialism and Dominance of the Peasantry

Already and from the beginning, some principles of Marxism and Marxism-Leninism had to be adapted to the reality of Asia’s specific situation.

In Asia, including Korea, the peasantry formed the largest segment of the population and played a crucial role in the economy and society. Therefore, any revolutionary ideology aiming for widespread appeal needed to address the concerns and aspirations of the peasantry. President KIM IL SUNG recognized this and saw the need for an ideology that could resonate with the realities of Korean society, where agrarian issues were central.

Juche ideology addressed this gap by placing greater emphasis on the role of the "working masses" as a broad category encompassing both industrial workers and peasants. By emphasizing the collective and revolutionary potential of all segments of society, including the peasantry, Juche provided a more inclusive framework for mobilizing support for socialist transformation in Korea.

Additionally, Juche's focus on self-reliance and independence resonated with the aspirations of the Korean People, including the peasantry, who had long struggled against external domination and exploitation. By foregrounding the principles of national sovereignty and self-determination, Juche appealed to the deeply ingrained desire for autonomy and dignity among the Korean people.

Juche Ideas Fully Explained

The Juche Ideas, crafted by President KIM IL SUNG and later enriched by Secretary General KIM JONG IL, are primarily rooted in the welfare of the People. Within the framework of Juche ideology, the focus lies on the People and their human development, serving as the focal point of the revolutionary endeavor. This distinction sets Juche apart from Marxism, which prioritizes economic development.

Socialism based on the Popular Masses

Ideological independence

This is the prior principle for the implementation of Juche in other sectors, notably those of politics, economy and national defense.

Political independence

Politics is a determining factor in social life. If there is no independence in politics, there cannot be any in other sectors.

This means exercising a policy aimed at safeguarding the national independence and sovereignty of its People, defending their interests and relying only on their own strength. All problems arising in the revolution and development of the country directly concern politics. The goal of all revolutionary activity depends on political independence; to guarantee this, People’s power must be established.

The human right to sovereignty is expressed in a condensed manner in State power. This is why the working class and the popular masses must first seize political power to fully enjoy their sovereignty. They must hold power and become authentic masters of the State and society if they want to achieve political independence and lead a sovereign and creative life.

To form a revolutionary force, it is necessary to strengthen the party and achieve the unity and cohesion of the entire people on the basis of the alliance between the peasantry and the working class. This is the core principle. To achieve this, it is essential to bring together all the People closely around the Party and the Leader.

Sovereignty does not contravene internationalism, but on the contrary conditions its strengthening. Internationalist solidarity must be essentially based on the principles of free consent and equality

Economic independence

The economy is the material basis of social life. Economic autonomy alone allows each country to strengthen its independence, to enjoy a sovereign life, to firmly guarantee independence in ideology, politics and defense by ensuring a material and cultural standard of living satisfying the population.

The national economy must be independent.

Creating such an economy means building an autonomous economy that does not depend on any foreign country, an economy that provides for the needs of its people and relies on the natural resources of its own country and the capabilities of its own people. Building such an economy makes it possible to fully and rationally use the country's natural resources with a view to rapidly developing its productive forces, constantly improving the standard of living of the People and laying material and technical foundations, solid foundation for socialism and to increase the power of the country on the political, economic and military levels. It also makes it possible to enjoy total sovereignty and equality in international relations both in the political and economic fields and to contribute to increasing, at the same time as the socialist forces throughout the world, the anti-imperialist forces and which are attached to its sovereignty. It should be noted in particular that the building of an independent national economy is vital for countries once economically and technically backward due to imperialist domination and plunder. This edification alone will allow them to reject the neo-colonialist policy of the imperialists, to definitively free themselves from their domination and exploitation, to put an end to inequality between nations and to advance vigorously towards socialism.

To build an independent national economy, we must adhere to the principle of “self-confidence”.

Self-confidence is an expression of the revolutionary spirit and a principle of struggle of communists determined to carry out the revolution to the end by their own strength. In economic construction, as in all other tasks of the revolution and development of the country, one must have confidence in one's own strengths and rely on them.

People who struggle stubbornly and rely solely on themselves can accomplish any task, even the most difficult, while people who do not have confidence in themselves and who only think of resorting to external forces are capable of nothing. Adopting the principle of self-confidence must allow each country to mobilize the strength of its own people, to develop its national resources, to rely on its own financial means and its own technique. Only in this way will it be possible to actively develop its economy at a high pace and achieve national prosperity by overcoming all possible difficulties.

Unlike the capitalist economy which aims to make profits, the independent socialist economy tends only to satisfy the needs of the country and the People. It is therefore natural that this independent economy must develop in a diversified and coherent manner, so that national production can meet the country's needs for heavy and light industrial products and agricultural products necessary for national prosperity and improving the standard of living of the People. Furthermore, such an economy offers the possibility of rapid economic development on a solid and secure basis.

In practice, building an independent, diversified and coherent economy requires the application of the line consisting of simultaneously developing heavy industry, light industry and agriculture, giving priority to heavy industry.

Heavy industry, focused on mechanical construction, is the pivot of any independent national economy. Indeed, it guarantees economic and technical independence as well as rapid development of all sectors of the national economy, particularly light industry and agriculture, on the basis of modern techniques. At the same time as the development of heavy industry, that of light industry and agriculture determines a constant improvement in the standard of living of the People and, moreover, a further development of heavy industry itself. Note in particular that solving the food problem independently through successful agriculture is of capital importance in this area because it allows the People to give themselves a stable standard of living and to organize themselves in a sovereign manner.

Technical independence is an absolute prerequisite for economic independence. This is why it is necessary to train a large number of national technical managers.

Guiding ideology of the State is the Juche Ideas

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is guided in its activities by the Juche Ideas of President KIM IL SUNG.

The Juche Ideas mean in a few words that the masters of revolution and construction are the popular masses and they are then the driving force of revolution and construction.

The Juche Ideas are based on the philosophical principle that the People are the masters of everything and decides everything. It is the people-centered view of the world and thus it is a political philosophy which materializes the independence of the popular masses. This philosophy elucidates the theoretical bases of policy that leads the development of society on the right path.

The DPRK government uses and upholds the Juche Ideas in all sectors of revolution and construction.

Establishing Juche means adopting the master's attitude toward revolution and building a country. This means maintaining an independent and creative point of view to find solutions to the problems that arise in revolution and construction. This involves solving these problems primarily on one's own terms and in accordance with the current conditions of one's country.

The realization of the Juche Ideas in ideology, independence in politics, self-sufficiency in the economy and in national defense are the principles that the government constantly upholds.

It is an invariable policy of the government of the Republic, guided by the ideas of Juche, to maintain a Juchean character and national character, to maintain and realize them. The government of the Republic always adheres to the principle of Juche, the principle of national independence and thus realizes the socialist cause of Juche.

The Socio-Economic System

State ownership and the ownership of social and cooperative organizations of the means of production are the economic foundations of the Republic. State property belongs to all the People. The State increases the role of ownership of the whole People by leading collective ownership by combining the two forms of ownership in an organized way, consolidates and develops the economic and cooperative system by improving the leadership and management of the cooperative economy by gradually transforming the property of cooperative organizations into the property of the entire People on the voluntary participation of its members.

Private property is derived from socialist distribution in relation to work done and profits guaranteed by the State and society. Products coming from individual activities such as those coming from gardening (for example) or other income from legal economic activities are then private property.

The State protects private property and guarantees the rights inherited from the law.

In Korea, where taxes have been abolished, the constant increase in society's material goods aims to promote the well-being of the workers.

In the socialist system where the People are the masters of power and means of production, it is the supreme principle of State activities to constantly improve the quality of material and cultural standard. The Republic provides all People (everyone without exception) with every opportunity to obtain food, clothing and housing.

The Republic firmly adheres to the principle of properly combining the political leadership of the economy and that of technology. The unified leadership of the State with everyone's creativity, the unified leadership of democracy, politics and moral sense with the material in the leadership and management of the socialist economy.

The national economy of the DPR of Korea is planned. The State ensures a high level of growth in production and development with the national economy in a detailed plan.

The Republic directs and manages the economy through the "Taean" labor system, a socialist form of economic management where the economy is operated and managed scientifically and rationally on the basis of the collective effort of the producing masses and through the agricultural management system where it is managed by industrial methods.

The Republic strengthens the self-management system in the economy to combine the "Taean" labor system for proper use of economic levers such as costs, prices and profits.

After the Fatherland Liberation War – Period from 1950 to the 1980s

The victory of the Fatherland Liberation War was a victory against the imperialism, together with the World’s most powerful army at that time, the US army and their allies.

The era spanning from 1950 to 1980 is widely recognized in history, even among contemporary Western economic experts, that the DPR of Korea had the highest economic growth compared to the global economic growth.

Moreover, on the ideological front, President KIM IL SUNG's leadership successfully steered clear of the revisionist tendencies associated with Khrushchev, thereby averting the instabilities witnessed in Eastern Europe.

President KIM IL SUNG was highly praised in the World, many party and State leaders visited him. He was of great inspiration thanks to the Juche Ideas and the results in practice have proven to be right

Throughout their leadership, President KIM IL SUNG and Dear Leader KIM JONG IL welcomed numerous foreign dignitaries and leaders to Korea, showcasing their revolutionary ideology and socialist achievements. These visits not only bolstered Korea's international standing but also served as a platform to proclaim the Juche ideology and garner support from like-minded nations.

One notable example is the visit of former Yugoslav leader Josip Broz Tito to Korea in 1977. Tito, a prominent figure in the Non-Aligned Movement, was impressed by Korea's achievements in economic self-reliance and its commitment to socialist principles. He praised President KIM IL SUNG's leadership and the resilience of the Korean People in the face of external pressures. Tito's visit served as a validation of Korea's socialist model and provided inspiration for other developing nations striving for independence and sovereignty.

Similarly, leaders from various African, Asian, European and Latin American countries visited Korea during the Cold War era (even leaders from the West), seeking guidance and support in their own struggles against imperialism and colonialism. They were drawn to Korea's emphasis on self-reliance, national sovereignty, and anti-imperialist solidarity, finding resonance with their own aspirations for liberation and development.

These visits were not only diplomatic triumphs for President KIM IL SUNG and Leader KIM JONG IL but also confirmed their domestic legitimacy and reinforce the fact that Korea is a beacon of socialism and independence. The international recognition garnered from such visits further solidified their leadership and provided ideological validation for their policies.

Additionally, the visits underscored Korea's role as a leader in the global socialist movement, despite the difficult situation within the international community. By hosting foreign leaders and visiting them, the leaders were sharing their experiences. President KIM IL SUNG and Leader KIM JONG IL sought to build solidarity among like-minded nations and promote a vision of a world free from imperialism and exploitation.

Advancements in Juche Ideology: Innovations and Practice

Throughout the 1960s to the late 1980s, President KIM IL SUNG and the Dear Leader Comrade KIM JONG IL collaborated to advance Juche ideology. During this period, they introduced and implemented innovative concepts across various sectors, shaping the trajectory of Korean society.

Comrade KIM JONG IL's leadership in this era was marked by the infusion of Juche ideology into every facet of national life. He spearheaded initiatives to revolutionize the economy, culture, and education, prioritizing self-reliance and national sovereignty.

These initiatives aimed to mobilize the Korean People's ingenuity towards self-sufficiency and prosperity. Through practical implementation, they propelled Korea towards its vision of becoming a thriving, independent nation.

Dear Leader Comrade KIM JONG IL's contributions during this period significantly enriched Juche ideology and solidified the Juche influence on Korean society. The advancements made under his guidance laid the groundwork for the continued development and application of Juche principles in the years to come.

The collaboration between Korean Leaders, President KIM IL SUNG and
Leader KIM JONG IL was paramount for enhancing Juche ideology. Together, they fortified the ideological foundation of Korea, infusing it with innovative concepts and practical applications. Their close partnership ensured continuity and evolution of Juche principles, adapting them to changing societal needs and changing international situation.

Juche Ideas – Songun Policy – The 1990s

After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the Eastern European socialist countries, in the early 1990s, the situation was extremely difficult for the Korean People and the whole Nation.

The Juche Ideas of self-reliance and independence took on their full meaning.

Dear Leader Comrade KIM JONG IL, also promoted more and more the policy of the priority of the army.

Because, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the US Imperialists and their allies thought that they were the winners of the history; they started to be completely arrogant and continued the neo colonialist wars, like in Iraq, Serbia, Afghanistan and many others. The US Imperialists waited any weakness to invade. But the Korean People’s Army was strengthened ideologically and under the guidance of Generalissimo KIM JONG IL, making Korea an impregnable fortress.

Generalissimo KIM JONG IL improved the Korean People’s Army capabilities with the new weapons to preserve peace on the Korean Peninsula.

The Dear Leader Comrade KIM JONG IL loved the Korean culture, under his leadership, the Korean cinema, music and propaganda was blooming, making the Korean culture wonderful with its pure national characteristics; Beautiful, harmonious, socialist and traditional, monolithic and without external influence.

Leader KIM JONG IL adopted the Songun Policy with firm determination to defend the Korean Revolution by force of arms. The Songun Policy officially began on New Year's Day 1995 (Juche 84) during an inspection by the Leader of an army unit on Tabaksol Hill.

In this period under his Leadership of Songun, the Party and society were eager to learn from the revolutionary spirit of the soldiers and the politics and ideological power of the Korean People's Army. Leader KIM JONG IL clarified that the Party's policy is the policy of Songun and that the Party's strategic line is that of the revolutionary line of Songun.

The Songun Policy was a unique political mode of our times which resolves all problems arising in in the Revolution and construction on the principle of giving priority to military affairs and puts forward the cause of socialism with the army as the pillar of the Revolution.

Leader KIM JONG IL who has already clarified the principle of the Revolution that the government and the nation can be protected by the weapon (from a possible US invasion) and build a powerful nation with politics centered on army adhering to the theory that the army means the Party, the State and the People. Thus the position and authority of the National Defense Commission and reorganized the political structure of the State in the Songun policy that the Commission is a pivot to conform to the needs of the Songun era.

The Songun Policy, which embodies the continuation of the Juche Ideas, is in fact a mighty sword and the banner of victory that defends the sovereignty of the DPR of Korea and the destiny of socialism and guarantees a flourishing future of the Juche cause in the new century.

Juche Ideas – Byungjin Policy

Our Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN initiated the Byungjin Policy which means parallel development; this is the simultaneous development of the economy and the army.

The remarkable development of the economy and the astonishing modern appearance of Korea that all Comrades can see through their own eyes the wonderful realizations of the Korean People under the wise guidance of our Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN.

The Actual Context And Future Challenges

On The Marxist Point Of View

We all know that our communist ideology is superior to the capitalism and that as Marx described:

Marx described capital as the wealth amassed through exploitation of labor in capitalist societies. He outlined how capital accumulation, driven by the pursuit of profit, leads to increasing inequality and concentration of wealth in the hands of the few. This process, Marx argued, perpetuates class conflict and social divisions.

Furthermore, Marx highlighted the alienation of the worker under capitalism. Workers, who produce goods through their labor, become disconnected from the products they create and the process of production itself. This alienation extends to their own humanity, as they are reduced to mere commodities in the capitalist system.

The problems arising from capital accumulation and worker alienation are manifold. They include widening wealth disparities, exploitation of labor, economic instability, and social alienation. Marx contended that these issues are inherent to capitalism and cannot be resolved within its framework. Instead, he advocated for the abolition of private ownership of the means of production and the establishment of a classless society based on common ownership and democratic control of resources.

Actually in the West

Comrades, the majority of us are evolving within the sphere of Western society, encountering its contradictions and environment. We have witnessed:

Decadence of the West During the 20th Century

From a communist perspective in the 20th century, the decadence of Western societies was attributed to the inherent contradictions and inequalities of capitalism. We, Communists viewed Western societies as being plagued by rampant exploitation of labor, widening income disparities, and the dominance of capitalist elites. They saw the pursuit of profit at the expense of human welfare as a fundamental flaw of capitalism, leading to social alienation and discontent.

Additionally, communists criticized Western imperialism and colonialism, which they viewed as manifestations of capitalist exploitation on a global scale. We used to condemn the exploitation of resources and labor in colonized regions for the benefit of Western powers and their capitalist elites.

Furthermore, we communists pointed to the crises inherent in capitalism, such as economic recessions and depressions, as evidence of its systemic instability and inherent contradictions. We used to argue that capitalism inherently leads to cycles of boom and bust, causing widespread suffering and hardship for the working class.

Decadence of the West During the 21st Century

The absolute, historically unprecedented concentration of capital among rich families in the Western world among the elites is totally criminal and conspiratorial.

Many countries have now hundreds of millionaires and billionaires who control the economy in the shadow. A new upper class of hidden people working in the shadow remotely control central banks, huge international corporations escaping to the control of the States and the people of the nations of the world. If Marx described the alienation which extended to their own humanity, as they are reduced to mere commodities in the capitalist system, now the situation has worsened. The upper class is working in total impunity and is in control of the affairs of the world through puppets unelected representatives in international organizations, imposing everyday new laws which are not voted by the peoples of the world.

Feminism is destroying in real time the developed nations by reducing the birthrate which is leading to the double historical existential threat of both feminists and new generations.

On this aspect, Our Supreme Leader KIM JONG UN, declared at Fifth National Congress of the Mothers on December 3^rd 2023 declared :

 

“All mothers should fulfill responsibility and duty assumed before society and families”

 

“Do duty with confidence in socialist construction, changed ideal society in near future”

 

“Mothers have heavy mission to raise kids to be pillars of socialist, communist construction”

 

“Preventing decline in birth rate, good childcare are all of our housekeeping duties”

 

“Tasks include raising children so that they steadfastly carry forward our revolution”

 

“Raise kids to eliminate recently-increasing non-socialist practices, promote harmony”

 

Our Supreme Leader KIM JONG UN, is the only Leader in the World able to recover the situation.

The government announced benefits for families with 3 or more kids. Families with more kids get preferential free housing, State subsidies; such families also get free food, medicines, and household goods.

The government of the DPR of Korea has the best pronatal policies and maybe the only country which even has these policies.

Some preeminent personalities in the West claim that the West in general have failing societies, this is true on all metrics.

Women in the West have unhealthy and unmoral behavior due to the feminist ideology, they are liberal and the more liberal they are, the more men are becoming conservative.

The politicians of the West claim this trend is far right and associate it with the politics, but it is natural social conservatism and it has nothing to do with the politics. We should also distinguish ourselves with the left. We communists are not only the left, we are communists, moreover Juche communists. All what is on the left is not necessarily our friends. But we should attract and educate peoples in the West into our direction.

The Korean society is certainly communist and also has conservative and healthy culture, promoting healthy relationships among the People within its society.

As I said before preeminent personalities in the West are comparing the behavior of the people either from the left or the right which is wrong, letting young people, especially young men exasperated by the decadency of the society to join far right movements.

The fake left in the West which encouraged the feminist ideology, the fragmentation of families and their destruction under an unfair judicial system towards men is considered the problem. It is made on purpose to weaken men and impose the rules of the global elites.

The global elites want to realize a new world order under their terms, impose neo feudalism through a digital control and enslavement by imposing a cashless society. Therefore all transactions and societal aspects of life of each individual would be controlled by the shadow class of elites through their computer servers in central banks. While it might be trivial to think that it would be a kind of punishment for the workers and people of these countries for not following the path of socialism, we need to realize that most of our comrades in the West live under those regimes and are integrated parts of the system. Therefore it is important first for our comrades to understand this existential threat and second to take active action to change the course of the history in our advantage.

If the global elites realize their goals, our communist movement won’t be part of this future and for sure, the global elites don’t agree with our ideology. Decisive actions must be taken even today.

Why is it so important to take decisive actions today? Because we run out of time, the implementation of the cashless society and digital world under the global capitalist elite’ rules is due according to the Charta of the United Nations by 2030 and it remains only 4 to 5 years before their objectives to be realized.

Die Raketenadministration der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) testete am 19. April den superbreiten Sprengkopf für die strategische Cruise Missile Hwasal-1 Ra-3 und die Anti-Luftwaffen-Rakete Pyoljji-1-2.

Beide Tests waren ein Teil der regulären Aktivitäten der Raketenadministration zur Entwicklung der Waffensysteme und hatten nichts zu tun mit der aktuellen Lage in der umliegenden Region.

Wir unterstützen diese Tests als weitere Beiträge zur Stärkung der militärischen Schlagkraft der Streitkräfte der DVRK gegen die Feinde.

Zur Feier des 112. Geburtstages des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG (15. April - Tag der Sonne) fand am 14. April in Pyongyang das Internationale Seminar der Juche-Ideologie Unabhängigkeit und Gerechtigkeit, Zukunft der Menschheit statt.

Es wurde vom Internationalen Institut der Juche-Ideologie (IIJI) und von der Koreanischen Vereinigung der Sozialwissenschaftler (Korean Association of Social Scientists - KASS) organisiert.

An ihm nahmen Delegationen von Juche-Ideologie-Studienorganisationen aus Ländern Asiens, Afrikas, Lateinamerikas und Europas teil, darunter eine Delegation unserer Schweizerischen Juche-Ideologie-Studiengruppe.

Die meisten Seminarteilnehmer, darunter auch unsere Delegation, hielten sich vom 11. bis 18. April in Pyongyang auf.

Das Seminar wurde von Kenichi Ogami, Generalsekretär des IIJI, mit einer Begrüssungsrede eröffnet, gefolgt von einer Glückwunschrede von Thae Hyong Chol, erster Vizepräsident der KASS.

Matteo Carbonelli, Vize-Generaldirektor des IIJI, hielt die Grundsatzrede. Er pries die unsterblichen Verdienste des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG und des Vorsitzenden KIM JONG IL um den Aufbau der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) zu einem starken sozialistischen Staat, der unabhängig in der Politik, selbstgenügsam in der Wirtschaft und selbstständig in der Verteidigung ist. Die grossen Führer hätten dabei konsequent die Juche-Ideologie umgesetzt.

Er pries den Genossen KIM JONG UN für die Formulierung des Kimilsungismus-Kimjongilismus und des Das-Volk-zuerst-Prinzips sowie für sein unermüdliches Wirken für die internationale Gerechtigkeit.

Es folgten Reden von Delegierten.

Eleazar Rubio Aldaran (Mexiko), Generalsekretär des Lateinamerikanischen Instituts der Juche-Ideologie, unsterstrich die Bedeutung der Juche-Ideologie für die unabhängige Entwicklung seines Landes.

Professor Francis Fanuel Lyimo (Tansania), Vize-Generaldirektor des Afrikanischen Komitees für das Studium der Juche-Ideologie, unsterstrich die führende Rolle der Juche-Ideologie beim Kampf der Völker Afrikas gegen den Neokolonialismus und prangerte dabei die Rolle der Länder Westeuropas und der USA an, die mit der Globalisierung die Länder Afrikas abhängig machen wollen.

Prof. Dr. Lohekele Kalonda Andre, Vorsitzender des Nationalkomitees für das Studium der Juche-Ideologie der Demokratischen Republik Kongo, appellierte an die Führer der Länder Afrikas, die Lebensmaxime des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG - Das Volk ist Gott - zu ihrer eigenen zu machen.

Alexander Woronzow, Leiter der Korea- und Mongolei-Sektion des Instituts für Orientstudien der Russischen Akademie der Wissenschaften, hob die Bedeutung Russlands bei der Verteidigung der Souveränität hervor und verurteilte die Anti-Russland-Konfrontationspolitik der USA und des NATO-Blocks, auch im Zusammenhang mit dem Ukraine-Konflikt.

Dr. Dermot Hudson, Vorsitzender der Britischen Juche-Ideologie-Studiengruppe, erwähnte in seiner Rede die vom Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG veranlasste Hilfe von Piloten der Koreanischen Volksarmee (KVA) für den Befreiungskampf des vietnamesichen Volkes gegen die Aggression der USA-Imperialisten und für das ägyptische Volk im Kampf gegen die israelischen Zionisten im Nahost-Krieg von 1973.

Dorjsuren Nanjin, Exekutivdirektor der Juson-Vereinigung der Mongolei, pries die Rolle des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG für die Festigung der traditionellen Freundschaft und Solidarität DVRK-Mongolei und erinnerte daran, dass die Mongolei während des Korea-Krieges (1950-1953) mehr als 200 koreanische Kinder liebevoll aufgenommen und erzogen habe.

Das Seminar sandte einen Glückwunschbrief an den hochverehrten Obersten Führer Genossen KIM JONG UN zur Feier des 112. Geburtstages des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG.

Dem Seminar folgte der Kurzlehrgang Revolutionäre Ideologie des hochverehrten Genossen KIM JONG UN, in dem dessen Das-Volk-zuerst-Prinzip und der Aufbau der DVRK zu einer starken militärischen Macht und die Stärkung der nationalen Verteidigung gepriesen wurden.

Beim Bankett, das die Regierung der DVRK für die Delegierten gab, hielt Ri Il Hwan, Sekretär des Zentralkomitees der Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) und Präsident der KASS, eine Rede, in der er feststellte, dass in den vergangenen 4 Jahren wegen der weltweiten Covid-19-Gesundheitskrise keine direkten Begegnungen möglich gewesen seien, dass aber in internationalen Online-Seminaren die Solidarität mit der DVRK und dem koreanischen Volk zum Ausdruck gekommen sei.

Matteo Carbonelli dankte in seiner Rede der KASS für die Einladung der Delegierten zu diesem bedeutsamen Seminar.

Die Grunderkenntnis des internationalen Juche-Ideologie-Seminars war, dass die Unabhängigkeit, die Souveränität und der Antiimperialismus die Grundvoraussetzungen für eine gerechte und friedliche Welt und für die glückliche Zukunft der Menschheit sind.

Vor allem müsse die arrogante Weltherrschaftsstrategie des USA-Imperialismus bekämpft und die Solidarität mit den antiimperialistischen Ländern gefestigt werden.

Bei der Besichtigung von Orten in und um Pyongyang, so etwa der neu errichteten Hwasong-Strasse, der Metro von Pyongyang und der kürzlich eingeweihten Kangdong-Gewächshausfarm, konnten die Seminarteilnehmer den rasanten ökonomischen Aufschwung des sozialistischen Korea, der die "Erfolge" der kapitalistischen Welt in den Schatten stellt und einzigartig ist, bewundern.

In der gleichen Woche, in der das internationale Juche-Ideologie-Seminar stattfand, weihte Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN den zweiten Abschnitt des Baus von 10 000 Wohnungen im Gebiet der Hwasong-Strasse ein und empfing eine chinesische Partei- und Regierungsdelegation zur Feir des Freundschaftsjahrs DVRK-China - 75 Jahre diplomatische Beziehungen und 75. Jahrestag der Gründung der Volksrepublik China.

Das internationale Seminar der Juche-Ideologie Unabhängigkeit und Gerechtigkeit, Zukunft der Menschheit verlieh dem Kampf der Völker für Unabhängigkeit, Souveränität, Frieden und Freundschaft und gegen den Inmperialismus neue Kraft und Zuversicht. Es bekräftigte die weltweite Bedeutung der Juche-Ideologie als mächtige Kraft für den Aufbau einer gerechten Welt ohne Vorherrschaft und Hegemonie.

Es lebe die grosse Juche-Ideologie, das Banner der Unabhängigkeit und des Antiimperialismus!

International Congress on the Juche Idea in Celebration of the 112th Birthday of the Great Leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG

Esteemed comrades and friends from the International Institute of the Juche Idea and the Korean Association of Social Scientists,

esteemed delegates,

First of all I would like to thank you cordially for giving me the opportunity to speak to you at this auspicious congress to celebrate the glorious 112th birthday of the Great Leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG.

For us from the Swiss Juche Idea Study Group it is a great honour to celebrate the Day of the Sun together with Juche idea followers from all over the world here in Korea, the birth country of the great Juche idea.

The Juche idea created by President KIM IL SUNG at the historic Kalun Conference in 1930 was a turning point of the Korean revolution as well as of the world revolution.

The Juche idea was the guide-line of the Korean people's struggle aigainst the brutal colonial rule of Japanese imperialism and for the national liberation of Korea.

Armed with the Juche idea, the Korean People's Revolutionary Army founded and commanded by Generalissimo KIM IL SUNG liberated Korea and brought freedom, independence and democracy to the Korean people.

President KIM IL SUNG is the greatest of all great leaders. He is the sun of Juche and the sun of Korea who brought happiness to the Korean people.

The Workers' Party of Korea founded by Comrade KIM IL SUNG proclaimed the Juche idea as the guiding ideology of the Party and the Korean revolution. Under its banner the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was founded and the independent people-centered socialism was built.

Shortly after its foundation, the US imperialists wanted to destroy the young Republic in its cradle. But the Korean People's Army under the supreme command of Generalissimo KIM IL SUNG has won a historic victory over the Yankees and defended the DPRK's independence in the Fatherland Liberation War. The Juche-led Korean nation is the first nation in history which forced the US "superpower", the arrogant and self-styled "American Empire", to its knees.

The DPRK became the paradise of the people where health care, education and housing are free and the taxes are abolished. What wonderful achievements of what people in the capitalist world can dream of!

The Great Leader Comrade KIM JONG IL developed the Juche idea in the new generation and the respected Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN is perfectionating it.

Comrade KIM JONG UN proclaimed the revolutionary ideas and lives of President KIM IL SUNG and Chairman KIM JONG IL as Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and declared it as the guiding ideology of the WPK.

The Juche idea is also an international revolutionary theory. It is leading the struggle of the peoples for global independence, world peace, against imperialism.

On all continents, from the late 1960s until today, hundreds of national and local Juche idea study organizations were founded one after another. Our Swiss Juche Idea Study Group was formed in 2010.

The Juche idea had a great influence on the Asian and African peoples' struggle against colonialism and for freedom and national independence.

Today it is a great mobilizer of the peoples' struggle against the aggressive moves of the US imperialists and their war provocations and their high-handed arbitrariness and unilateralism.

We followers of the Juche idea advocate for a multilateral world order of independent nations with same rights and duties.

The Juche idea is the creator of a free and emancipated world.

The Juche idea will build the golden age of mankind.

The Great Leaders KIM IL SUNG and KIM JONG IL and the respected Supreme Leader Comrade KIM JONG UN are the bright suns who inspire and encourage the progressive and freedom-loving peoples in their struggle for a new independent and peaceful world.

Vor 31 Jahren, am 9. April Juche 82 (1993), wurde der grosse Führer Genosse KIM JONG IL zum Vorsitzenden des Nationalen Verteidigungskomitees (NVK) der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) gewählt.

Dies manifestierte das grenzenlose Vertrauen der Partei, der Streitkräfte und des Volkes in ihn.

Der Vorsitzende KIM JONG IL stärkte die Streitkräfte der DVRK und installierte in ihnen ein Kommandosystem, in welchem die Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) die Führungsrolle innehat und in dem die Befehle des Oberbefehlshabers bedingungslos zu befolgen sind.

Die 1990er-Jahre waren das Jahrzehnt des machtvollen Ausbaus der unbezwingbaren militärischen Macht des sozialistischen Korea.

Die vom Generalissimus KIM JONG IL befehligten Streitkräfte der DVRK zerschlugen alle Kriegs- und Umsturzprovokationen der USA-Imperialisten.

Die USA-Imperialisten konnten ihren konterrevolutionären "Regimewechsel"-Plan, nach dem Kollaps des Sozialismus in Mittel- und Osteuropa und dem Zerfall der Sowjetunion auch den "Kollaps Nordkoreas" zu erzwingen, nicht verwirklichen!

Generalissimus KIM JONG IL machte mit seiner die militärischen Angelegenheiten bevorzugenden Politik (Songun) die reaktionären Träumereien der Feinde zunichte!

In Würdigung seiner unsterblichen Verdienste um die militärische Stärkung des sozialistischen Korea wurde Generalissimus KIM JONG IL nach seinem Ableben (17. Dezember 2011) auf Veranlassung des hochverehrten Marschalls KIM JONG UN zum ewigen Vorsitzenden des NVK der DVRK erklärt.

Ruhm und Ehre dem grossen Führer Genossen KIM JONG IL, dem ewigen Vorsitzenden des Nationalen Verteidigungskomitees der DVR Korea!

Die 10. erweiterte Plenartagung des 8. Zentralkomitees der Generalföderation der Gewerkschaften Koreas (GFGK) und die 10. erweiterte Plenartagung des 7. Zentralkomitees des Sozialistischen Frauenbundes Koreas (SFK) fanden am 13. März statt.

Pak In Chol, Vorsitzender des Zentralkomitees der GFGK, rief alle Gewerkschaftsmitglieder und alle Werktätigen auf, die vom Generalsekretär KIM JONG UN lancierte Politik der Entwicklung der regionalen Industrie 20 x 10 zu unterstützen und für deren Realisierung und Erfüllung zu kämpfen.

Kim Jong Sun, Vorsitzende des Zentralkomitees des SFK, rief alle Mitglieder und alle Frauen auf, mit patriotischem Elan die regionale 20 x 10-Industrieentwicklung voranzutreiben und zu erfüllen.

Die Mobilisierung der Arbeiterklasse und der Frauen für diese grosse revolutionäre Industrieentwicklungs-Kampagne wird zu einem gewaltigen, gigantischen und grandiosen Wirtschaftsaufschwung in der Demokratischen Vvolksrepublik Korea (DVRK), die die Wirtschaftsentwicklung in der kapitalistischen Welt in den Schatten stellen wird, führen.

Das ganze Volk der DVRK geht damit einer noch rosigeren Zukunft entgegen.

Der Juche-orientierte Sozialismus koreanischer Prägung wird seine ganze ideologische und ökonomische Kraft entfalten und die Völker in Erstaunen versetzen.

Das sozialistische Korea wird eine grosse Anziehungskraft auf die Arbeiter in der kapitalistischen Welt , vor allem auch auf jene in der Republik Korea (RK), ausüben.

Der grosse Führer Genosse KIM IL SUNG, dessen 112. Geburtstag am kommenden 15. April gefeiert wird, besiegte in nur einer Generation zwei imperialistische Mächte - Japan und die USA.

An der Spitze der von ihm gegründeten Koreanischen Revolutionären Volksarmee (KRVA) zwang er am 15. August Juche 34 (1945) die grausamen japanischen Imperialisten, Landräuber und Okkupanten in die Knie und befreite Korea, womit er die koreanische Nation wiederherstellte.

Das koreanische Volk feiert den Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG als die Sonne der Nation und seinen Geburtstag als Tag der Sonne.

Er war der strahlende Befreier Koreas, der dem koreanischen Volk ein freies und glückliches Leben schenkte.

Im befreiten Vaterland gründete er die Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK) als den Generalstab der Revolution. Die Partei ging aus den in den 1920er- und 1930er-Jahren ebenfalls von ihm gegründeten antijapanischen revolutionären Organisationen hervor.

Er formte die KRVA zur Koreanischen Volksarmee (KVA) als der Armee des unabhängigen Staates um und gründete die Demokratische Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK).

Die junge Republik hatte kaum die ersten Schritte ihres Neubeginns und des Aufbaus getan, wurde sie bereits von den USA-Imperialisten angegriffen und überfallen.

Vom 25. Juni Juche 39 (1950) bis zum 27. Juli Juche 42 (1953) kämpfte die KVA unter dem Oberbefehl des Generalissimus KIM IL SUNG im Vaterländischen Befreiungskrieg (Korea-Krieg) heldenhaft gegen die USA-Aggressoren und zwang diese schliesslich siegreich in die Knie.

Mit dem historischen Sieg im Vaterländischen Befreiungskrieg, der von der ganzen fortschrittlichen und friedliebenden Menschheit mit Begeisterung gefeiert wurde, war das "kleine" Korea die erste Nation der Welt, die einen militärischen Sieg über das "American Empire", die "Weltmacht" USA, errungen hat.

Die geniale Führung durch den grossen Generalissimus KIM IL SUNG, der die Nation und das Volk über alles liebte und der vom Volk innig geliebt und verehrt  wurde, machte den grossen Sieg der gerechten Sache, für die das koreanische Volk und seine Volksarmee kämpften, möglich.

Die USA-Imperialisten trauten sich seit ihrer Niederlage im Korea-Krieg nicht mehr, die DVRK erneut anzugreifen. Trotzdem unternahmen die USA-Imperialisten bis zum heutigen Tag unzählige politische und militärische Provokationen zur Anstiftung eines zweiten Korea-Krieges.

Die Unbesiegbarkeit des sozialistischen Korea basiert auf der einmütigen Geschlossenheit des Volkes um die PdAK und den grossen und geliebten Führer.

Ausserdem begann die DVRK in den 2000er-Jahren unter der Führung des Generalissimus KIM JONG IL mit dem Aufbau einer starken atomaren Abschreckungsmacht, die von Marschall KIM JONG UN weiter ausgebaut und gestärkt wird.

Die USA und Japan, die bis heute die Feinde der DVRK sind, sind gewarnt vor den verheerenden Folgen einer weiteren Aggression gegen die DVRK.

Die Basis dafür hatte Generalissimus KIM IL SUNG mit seiner Politik der Priorität der militärischen Angelegenheiten (Songun), die vom Generalissimus KIM JONG IL zur höchsten Staatspolitik erhoben wurde und heute von Marschall KIM JONG UN perfektioniert wird, geschaffen.

Ehre und Ruhm dem grossen Führer Genossen KIM IL SUNG, der Sonne Koreas und dem unbezwingbaren Sieger über den Imperialismus!

des Schweizerischen Vorbereitungskomitees für die Feier des 112. Geburtstages des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG

Am kommenden 15. April feiern das koreanische Volk und alle Freunde Koreas und Anhänger der Juche-Ideologie den 112. Geburtstag des grossen Führers Genossen KIM IL SUNG.

Das koreanische Volk verehrt den Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG als die Sonne Koreas und feiert seinen Geburtstag als den Tag der Sonne.

Der Tag der Sonne ist der höchste Feiertag der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK) und des koreanischen Volkes.

Präsident KIM IL SUNG befreite Korea von der barbarischen Kolonialherrschaft des japanischen Imperialismus (15. August 1945).

Im befreiten Vaterland gründete er am 10. Oktober Juche 34 (1945) die Partei der Arbeit Koreas (PdAK).

Er formte am 8. Februar Juche 37 (1948) die Koreanische Revolutionäre Volksarmee (KRVA) zur Koreanischen Volksarmee (KVA) als der regulären Armee des freien und unabhängigen demokratischen Korea um und gründete am 9. September des gleichen Jahres die DVR Korea als Staat des ganzen koreanischen Volkes.

Er leitete den Aufbau des auf der Juche-Ideologie basierenden unabhängigen Sozialismus koreanischer Prägung ein und gestaltete das sozialistische Korea zum Paradies des Volkes. Das Glück und Wohl des Volkes war sein oberstes Gebot, getreu seiner lebenslangen Maxime Das Volk ist Gott.

Generalissimus KIM IL SUNG war der erste Heerführer der Geschichte, der einen militärischen Sieg über die "Weltmacht" USA errang. Er besiegte in nur einer Generation zwei imperialistische Mächte - Japan und die USA.

Präsident KIM IL SUNG setzte sich auch unermüdlich für die globale Unabhängigkeit und den Weltfrieden ein. Deshalb wird er von den Völkern der Welt hoch geachtet.

Um die unvergänglichen Verdienste und die noble Persönlichkeit des grossen Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG zu lobpreisen, gründen das Schweizerische Organisationskomitee für das Internationale Festival zur Lobpreisung der grossen Menschen vom Päktu-Gebirge, das Schweizerische Korea-Komitee, die Schweizerische Juche-Ideologie-Studiengruppe und das Juche-Ideologie-Studienzentrum der italienischen Schweiz am 7. Das Vorbereitungskomitee erklärt die Zeitspanne vom 11. März bis 25. April zur Festtagsperiode, während der diverse Aktivitäten zur Feier des Tages der Sonne organisiert werden.

des Schweizerischen Organisationskomitees für das Internationale Festival zur Lobpreisung der grossen Menschen vom Päktu-Gebirge, des Schweizerischen Korea-Komitees und der Schweizerischen Juche-Ideologie-Studiengruppe zur Feier des 78. Jahrestages der Bodenreform in Nordkorea unter der Führung des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG

Heute vor 78 Jahren, am 5. März Juche 35 (1946), verkündete der grosse Führer Genosse KIM IL SUNG das Gesetz über die Bodenreform in Nordkorea.

Damit befreite er die Bauern in der freien und demokratischen Nordhälfte Koreas von der jahrhundertelangen Feudalherrschaft und machte sie zu den Herren ihres Bodens. Damit erfüllte er den sehnlichsten Wunsch der Bauern.

Er sagte dazu Folgendes:

"Mit dem Ziel, die Bauern, die die Felder bearbeiten, zu den wahren Herren des Bodens zu machen, stellte unsere Partei den Kurs auf, ausgehend von dem Prinzip der entschädigungslosen Enteignung und der unentgeltlichen Verteilung, die Bodenreform durchzuführen und den enteigneten Boden nicht in Eigentum des Staates, sondern in Privateigentum der Bauern zu verwandeln."

Der enteignete Boden der Gutsbesitzer, der projapanischen Elemente und der Landesverräter wurde den landlosen Bauern und den Leibeigenen gegeben.

Die Bodenreform war eine der wichtigsten Reformen im freien und demokratischen Korea. Sie schuf die Grundvoraussezung für den Aufbau des Sozialismus in der späteren Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea (DVRK), die am 9. September Juche 37 (1948) gegründet wurde.

Die Bodenreform war das edle Geschenk des Präsidenten KIM IL SUNG an die Bauern im freien Norden Koreas.

Ehre dem grossen Führer Genossen KIM IL SUNG, dem edlen Befreier der Bauern und gütigen Vater des Volkes!
